Applicant’s income must be below 80% of area median income! Applicant must provide proof that income is 80% of Area Median Income or below. This means that, for a single person, your annual pre-tax income must be $52,650 or less.
Our household consists of three men: a 40-year old easy-going working musician, a 54-year old high energy web designer and soccer guy, a 69-year old retired bookkeeper, world traveling polyglot and cooking machine; and one woman: a 57-year old linguist and crafty traveler. As a household, we have zero waste goals and are queer friendly. We have weekly chores and monthly house meetings and no scheduled shared meals, although spontaneous shared food does happen. We are omnivores, but don’t judge others’ dietary choices.
No pets are allowed, no off-street parking is available, and we don't have a washer or dryer.
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are interested in a room in our collective household. We will be hosting two open house events so you can see the house and the room, and hear more about this unique housing opportunity. You must attend an open house to receive an application for the vacancy.
